Jovita | 5.1.11
Not long ago I shot some photos of my friend Jovita and her boyfriend at our school campus. It was a gorgeous day; the sun was shining, the birds were chirping, and every one was outside frolicking and picnicking. It was definitely one of those ideal warm spring days where I didn't mind being on campus when I didn't have to be. The day was absolutely perfect for a spring graduation shoot, which is what we did! Actually, it didn't seem so blistering hot until my face had met a not-so-welcoming blast of hot air once I had stepped outside. Yes, unpleasant indeed. :(
Nonetheless, we had our shoot and I think we got some great shots that day! The wonderful thing about photographing in campus is that there is a wide range of eclectic, hidden, not-so-hidden, beautiful, and interesting nooks and crannies that work great as backdrops for portraits. Here is a taste of what we did that day!! Graduation season is soon to be in full-swing, so congrats to all graduating seniors!
Let us know if anyone in the Bay Area would like some grad shots or knows anyone who would! We would love to work with them.

9 hours until their big day!
Hello world!
We at Fizzy Photography have a little under 9 hours until we have to be on location for our first major wedding assignment! Mary and Lawrence make a wonderfully adoring and sweet couple and we are more than ecstatic to be a part of their day and to help them create lasting memories.
It's a little flustering knowing that this is our biggest opportunity to date (in fact I foresee us double, triple checking our gear tomorrow morning in fear of leaving behind memory cards, batteries, etc. - ahhh knock on wood!), but we are hopeful and enthusiastic!
Working on last minute scheduling and reviewing now and then off to bed :) Wish us luck and we'll be back soon with previews of our photos from tomorrow (or technically today since it's already 12:36 pst).
